Hi here is part 1, a short video showing my progress so far on a Scout Trooper build for my son for this Halloween 2016, the helmet is made from 200gsm card stock covered in resin outside and inside, also with a layer of fiberglass mat on the inside then bondo on the outside,
The body armor is made from EVA foam (floor mats) covered in PVA glue them painted white,
